I’m working with a well-established pub and restaurant group who are looking for a talented Sous Chef to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone passionate about fresh food, who’s ready to step into a key leadership role and progress within a supportive kitchen environment.
The Role:Second in command, supporting the Head Chef to run the kitchen
Deliver excellent food standards using fresh, seasonal ingredients
Mentor and develop the brigade, leading by example
Manage stock, GP targets, and kitchen compliance
Maintain a 5-star food safety rating
Ideal for an experienced Sous Chef, or a strong Chef de Partie/Junior Sous ready to step up.
