I’m working with a well-established pub and restaurant group who are looking for a talented Sous Chef to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone passionate about fresh food, who’s ready to step into a key leadership role and progress within a supportive kitchen environment.

• Second in command, supporting the Head Chef to run the kitchen

• Deliver excellent food standards using fresh, seasonal ingredients

• Mentor and develop the brigade, leading by example

• Manage stock, GP targets, and kitchen compliance

• Maintain a 5-star food safety rating

Ideal for an experienced Sous Chef, or a strong Chef de Partie/Junior Sous ready to step up.

• Salary up to £36,816 + tips + paid overtime (time & a half)

• 48 hours a week with two days off together
