As we grow, we’re looking for a Senior Marketing Executive to play a central role in driving brand awareness, customer engagement, and footfall across our portfolio.

The Role:
Reporting to the Marketing Manager, the Senior Marketing Executive will help deliver stand-out campaigns across digital and physical channels, manage brand communications, and support exciting venue activations. You’ll bring creativity, organisation, and a strong understanding of what drives results in hospitality marketing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns to drive venue traffic and brand engagement

• Manage content across social media, email, website, and paid platforms

• Collaborate with venue managers on local marketing and event support

• Work with designers and content creators to develop engaging assets

• Track performance metrics and report on ROI and customer insights

• Assist in rolling out new venue openings, seasonal campaigns, and key events

• Maintain consistent brand voice and visuals across all customer touchpoints

What We’re Looking For:

• 2–4 years' marketing experience, ideally in hospitality, nightlife, events, or FMCG

• Strong understanding of digital marketing, social platforms, and content creation

• Experience with CRM systems, Meta Ads Manager, or Google Ads is a plus

• Creative thinker with strong copywriting and communication skills

• Organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple projects at once

• A love for hospitality, culture, and the London scene
