We are a fast-growing, experience-driven hospitality group with a portfolio of vibrant, wet-led venues across London—and we’re just getting started. With big expansion plans in the pipeline, we’re looking for a driven and commercially focused Sales Manager to take ownership of bookings, events, and partnerships across the group, maximising revenue and guest experiences.
The Role:
As Sales Manager, you’ll play a vital role in growing pre-booked sales, managing private hire and group bookings, and building strong relationships with clients, local businesses, and key partners. You’ll work closely with venue teams and the marketing department to deliver strategic, results-driven sales plans that align with brand goals and support new openings.
Key Responsibilities:
Drive and manage group bookings, private hires, and event enquiries across multiple venues
Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients, agencies, and local networks
Develop and implement sales strategies to hit revenue targets
Work alongside venue managers to maximise diary efficiency and optimise availability
Create and manage promotional sales campaigns in collaboration with the marketing team
Produce sales reports and insights to help shape future activity
Attend industry events and networking opportunities to grow brand presence
About You:
Experience in a sales or events role within hospitality, events, or lifestyle sectors
Proven track record of hitting and exceeding revenue targets
A confident communicator who builds strong rapport with clients and colleagues
Commercially minded, proactive, and highly organised
Knowledge of the London hospitality landscape and local networks is a big plus
Passionate about hospitality, events, and delivering standout guest experiences
