The Role:
As our Marketing Manager, you’ll lead the charge on brand visibility, footfall-driving campaigns, and unforgettable venue promotions. From digital strategy to on-the-ground activations, you’ll shape how our brand connects with customers across all touchpoints and help bring our unique venues to life.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and execute the marketing strategy across multiple London venues

• Drive digital campaigns including social media, CRM, paid ads, and influencer partnerships

• Collaborate with GMs and the ops team to support events, promotions, and launches

• Create and oversee content, branding, and promotional materials

• Use data and insights to analyse campaign performance and customer trends

• Manage budgets, external partners, and creative freelancers where needed

• Play a key role in shaping the brand’s tone, look, and feel as we expand

About You:

• Proven experience in marketing for hospitality, nightlife, or drinks-led businesses

• A digital-savvy, creative thinker with strong commercial instincts

• Confident managing projects from concept to delivery

• Passionate about bars, events, culture, and consumer engagement

• Excellent communication and copywriting skills

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, hands-on environment
