The Role:
As Head of Service, you’ll lead our mission to create unforgettable guest experiences by driving world-class service standards, team training, and development across every venue. You’ll work with GMs, Ops, and the People Team to coach, inspire, and embed a service culture that’s anything but ordinary.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and deliver impactful, engaging training for FOH teams at all levels

  • Be present in venues—observing, coaching, and supporting in real time

  • Own service standards and work with teams to constantly evolve them

  • Lead onboarding and upskilling programmes that energise new hires

  • Act as a cultural ambassador—keeping service sharp, inclusive, and full of personality

  • Support new openings and ensure consistency across the growing estate

  • Collaborate with senior leaders to align training with business goals

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience in a Learning & Development, Service, or People role within hospitality

  • Hands-on, energetic and comfortable leading from the floor—not just the laptop

  • A natural coach and mentor who inspires confidence and action

  • Obsessed with guest experience and knows what good really looks like

  • Creative, positive, and excited to build something a bit different

  • Flexible, adaptable, and comfortable in a fast-moving, ever-evolving environment
