Financial Controller – Hospitality Group
?? Clapham, London (Hybrid – 2 days WFH)
?? Salary: £55,000 – £65,000 (depending on experience) + benefits

We are working with a fast-growing and dynamic hospitality group that is rapidly expanding its portfolio across London. This is an exciting opportunity for a qualified Finance Manager to join a small, high-performing team based in their Clapham office.

With significant growth plans already underway, this role offers a clear pathway to develop into a more senior finance position within the next 6–12 months.

As Finance Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the financial operations of the group while helping to drive strategic growth and expansion. Working closely with senior leadership, you will be instrumental in improving processes, delivering insights, and ensuring strong financial control across the business.

• Oversee day-to-day financial operations across multiple sites
• Produce monthly management accounts with clear analysis and commentary
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes
• Assist with cash flow management and cost control initiatives
• Partner with operational teams to drive performance and profitability
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and reporting standards
• Support system improvements and process efficiencies as the business scales
• Play a key role in supporting new site openings and expansion plans

• Fully qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA)
• Experience within hospitality, retail, or multi-site environments preferred
• Strong commercial awareness with the ability to influence stakeholders
• Hands-on approach and comfortable working in a fast-paced, growing business
• Excellent analytical and communication skills
• Ambitious and eager to progress into a senior finance role

• Salary circa £65,000
• Hybrid working (2 days from home)
