Keen to explore this option further as the pool for quality experienced hospo staff over here is quite limited.
Immediately I’m looking for Chef de Partie, the role is hourly wage of $26NZD which works out to be around $60k. It’s a live in position with accommodation provided with only a small fortnightly fee of $100 for internet and power.
We’d like candidates with Michelin level experience. Our interview process would be a series of video calls as a trial is unlikely and we’d need very good references.
Later down the line, over the next year we are looking to expand the team so more chefs and FOH positions soon to come.
