Your Role

• Lead and inspire the bar team, ensuring outstanding service and a great guest experience

• Develop and deliver an innovative cocktail menu that excites and engages guests

• Take ownership of stock management, GP, and margin control to maximise profitability

• Support recruitment, training, and development of the bar team

• Collaborate with the wider management team on promotions, events, and activations

• Maintain high standards of compliance, health & safety, and licensing requirements

About You

• Proven experience as a Bar Manager or strong Assistant Bar Manager in a busy venue

• Excellent cocktail knowledge with the creativity to design and launch new drinks

• Strong commercial awareness with experience in stock management and cost control

• A natural leader with great communication and people management skills

• Passionate about delivering top-class hospitality and building a bar team to match
