• Supporting the General Manager in the day-to-day running of the restaurant
• Leading, motivating, and developing the front-of-house team during service
• Delivering outstanding customer service and ensuring a memorable guest experience
• Assisting with staff training, onboarding, and performance management
• Supporting stock control, ordering, and rota management
• Ensuring compliance with health & safety and company standards
• Assisting in achieving sales targets, labour controls, and operational KPIs

• Proven experience as a Duty, Deputy or Assistant Manager in a high-volume branded restaurant
• A strong leader with a genuine passion for hospitality and team development
• Ability to motivate teams and create a positive, energetic working environment
• Passionate about delivering exceptional service and memorable dining experiences
• Commercially aware with a strong understanding of restaurant operations
