About the Role

As Assistant General Manager, you will play a pivotal role in launching and operating this vibrant new venue. Working closely with the General Manager, you’ll lead and inspire a dynamic team, ensuring service, standards, and guest experience are consistently world-class.

Responsibilities

• Support the GM in all aspects of restaurant operations, from floor management to financial performance

• Drive an engaging and supportive culture, putting your people at the centre of success

• Lead by example in delivering outstanding guest service

• Manage, coach, and develop a high-performing team

• Ensure operational excellence across compliance, health & safety, and brand standards

• Contribute to business planning, sales growth, and profitability

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience as an Assistant General Manager (or strong Senior Manager) within high-quality, high-volume hospitality

• A genuine passion for guest experience and team development

• Strong leadership skills with a hands-on, motivational approach

• Commercial awareness with the ability to drive both standards and profitability

• Someone ambitious, energetic, and excited to grow with a leading international brand
