We are seeking a skilled MIG/TIG Welders to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will have experience in TIG/MIG welding and a solid understanding of fabrication processes, particularly with sheet metal. Duties

• Carry out TIG or/and MIG welding on a range of materials, including stainless steel, aluminium, and mild steel
• Use hand tools, power tools, and welding equipment to assemble, fabricate, and repair metal structures and parts
• Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and schematics to guide welding tasks
• Conduct quality checks on welded components for consistency, strength, and finish quality
• Assist in the assembly process by fitting and securing parts as required
• Maintain a clean and organised work environment, adhering to health and safety regulations at all times
• Operate fabrication machinery and hand tools efficiently to support production workflows

Skills

• Proven experience in TIG/MIG welding; familiarity with MIG welding is also advantageous
• Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and welding equipment
• Mechanical aptitude with understanding of fabrication processes and assembly procedures
• Ability to interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and schematics accurately
• Basic mathematical skills for measurements and calculations during fabrication tasks
• Good organisational skills with attention to detail to ensure high-quality welds
• Ability to work independently or collaboratively within a team environment
