  1. Site Manager/Site Supervisor
  • Responsible for monitoring all H & S on site.
  • Responsible for ensuring H & S is being adhered to on site at all times and reporting all matters to PM.
  • Periodic updating of all H & S documentation on site.
  • Ensuring Sub-Contractors follow H & S, and enforcing site rules.
  • Management of Sub-Contractors and on site personnel at all times and monitoring numbers to ensure resources are adequate.
  • Responsible for attending weekly progress meetings with all Sub-Contractors, chaired by PM.
  • Responsible for doing Daily Activity Briefings (DABs) on site with all subcontractors every morning before works commence.
  • Disciplinary action to Sub-Contractors where required, verbal and written, and issue to PM.
  • Attend weekly Programme meetings with all subcontractors and stakeholders on the project to ensure the project is on the agreed programme.
  • Daily reporting on Programme to PM, progress, H & S and any project risks monitoring & mitigating project risks
  • Request and study tech subs and specifications where required.
  • Raise material requests for orders on projects where required.
  • Check project handover packs prior to starting on site and raise any RFI's with PM to ensure all information is correct prior to starting work.
  • Provide information to PM to enable weekly updates of Programme of Works showing progress and delays.
  • On site set up including setting out.
  • Resolve on site issues as required, and mitigate issues and delays.
  • Ensuring all façade systems are being installed according to manufacturers specifications, tech subs and approved construction issue drawings.
  • Liaise with clients/contractors throughout project when required.
  • QA / ITP process - Following and implementing inspections and testing processes.
  • Documenting quality on projects using Procore daily.
  • On site stock checks / stock control.
  • Check measure drawings for take offs, orders and variations.
  • Pre start meetings and site visits as and when required.
  • Arranging & Meeting necessary consultants on project to ensure compliance.
  • Assistance with creating completion paperwork for projects.
  • Assist Handover to clients for each area inline with project programme & ITP.
  • Input with Risk Assessments and Method statements with PM.
  • Attend operational and design meetings with site team and Sub-Contractors.
  • Attend, when required, and coordinating meetings with PM and designers to ensure that the design is suitable for the build.
  • Updating clients through email where necessary.
  • Reporting information on Valuations to PM to assist company invoicing.
  • Reporting information to PM on Subcontractor Valuations to assist with payment certificates/PO's.
  • Reporting to PM on Variations/out of our scope contract works for orders.
  • Responsible for regularly trying to progress works ahead of Programme.
  • Attending client meetings, only as and when requested by PM.
  • Use of Procore on all projects - This is to be done consistently every day and will lead to disciplinary action if not completed.
  • Procore daily diary – must be completed fully and correctly and day closed on a daily basis. Must include breakdown of all subcontractors on site and where they are working, as well as all other information of what has occurred that day, deliveries, events, etc.
  • Weekly toolbox talk conducted and recorded/saved on procore.
  • Ensure sign/log in/out of all operatives/visitors on site is being maintained daily.
  • Ensure site signage is installed and maintained on site and compound at all times.
  • Ensure all FFE and alarms are installed in place as per Fire Procedure and maintained/checked periodically.
