Shift Pattern: Sunday to Thursday, 6:00 PM – 3:00 AM
Note: Arrival on site by 5:30 PM required

Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Site Manager for a commercial project in Central Manchester. This is a night-shift role focused on managing moves and changes related to desk locations, flooring, power/data connections, and furniture.

You will oversee all CSA/MEP elements of work, including:

• Desk relocations

• Raised access flooring

• Carpet installation

• Electrical underfloor power/data

• Minor containment works

• Furniture moves

You will be acting in a Principal Contractor role, responsible for coordinating all works, conducting daily inspections, reviewing RAMS, and ensuring H&S compliance across all trades.

Key Responsibilities:

• Site management of all works during night shifts

• Coordination and supervision of subcontractor packages

• RAMS review and approval

• Conducting daily site inspections and ensuring compliance

• Ensuring health & safety protocols are followed at all times

• Liaising with stakeholders on progress and issues

Required Qualifications:

• Valid CSCS card

• SMSTS or SSSTS

• First Aid at Work

• Construction-related qualification relevant to the work packages

Health & Safety Information:

This role involves standard construction site risks, including those associated with mechanical and electrical works.

• PPE requirements for all workers
