We’re representing a rapidly growing commercial waste management company in Leeds, poised to expand nationwide in the coming years. They’re looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Sales & Cross Hire Support professional to join their expanding team.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Oversee and maintain customer accounts using the company’s CRM system
- Input orders accurately into a bespoke database and support waste verification processes
- Handle customer requests, from arranging extra services to organising container replacements
- Step in to assist other teams during absences to keep operations running smoothly
- Liaise with the accounts team to resolve any billing or invoice discrepancies
- Organise appointments for the sales team and complete supplier documentation
- Support the growth of the company’s nationwide brokerage and produce waste performance reports
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong communicator with a professional, friendly phone manner
- Organised and proactive, with the ability to work well under pressure
- Skilled in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, with confidence using other software
- Customer-focused and able to resolve issues effectively
- Self-motivated, approachable, and a natural problem solver
- Familiarity with UK geography is useful but not essential
- Own transport required due to site location
