Sales Administrator – Leeds

£25,000 | Permanent | Full-Time | Office-Based

We’re representing a rapidly growing commercial waste management company in Leeds, poised to expand nationwide in the coming years. They’re looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Sales & Cross Hire Support professional to join their expanding team.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Oversee and maintain customer accounts using the company’s CRM system
  • Input orders accurately into a bespoke database and support waste verification processes
  • Handle customer requests, from arranging extra services to organising container replacements
  • Step in to assist other teams during absences to keep operations running smoothly
  • Liaise with the accounts team to resolve any billing or invoice discrepancies
  • Organise appointments for the sales team and complete supplier documentation
  • Support the growth of the company’s nationwide brokerage and produce waste performance reports

What We’re Looking For:

  • Strong communicator with a professional, friendly phone manner
  • Organised and proactive, with the ability to work well under pressure
  • Skilled in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, with confidence using other software
  • Customer-focused and able to resolve issues effectively
  • Self-motivated, approachable, and a natural problem solver
  • Familiarity with UK geography is useful but not essential
  • Own transport required due to site location
