This opportunity is with a respected UK company known for delivering high-quality services in building maintenance, high-level cleaning, platform hire, and compliance testing. The company is expanding and is looking for a National Sales Manager to drive sales across key markets including retail, healthcare, social housing, and commercial property.
 
National Sales Manager – Role Overview:
As the National Sales Manager, you will take full responsibility for developing and executing a national sales strategy that targets high-value contracts. Your role will involve engaging directly with senior stakeholders and working closely with internal teams to ensure service delivery excellence aligns with client expectations.
 
Key Responsibilities of the National Sales Manager:
  • Lead national sales initiatives to secure and expand major contracts across the UK
  • Build and maintain strong commercial relationships with senior-level decision-makers
  • Collaborate with operational teams to deliver seamless client service and contract implementation
  • Oversee and manage the sales pipeline, reporting, and forecasting using CRM systems
  • Represent the company as a National Sales Manager at industry events and client engagements
 
What They’re Looking for in a National Sales Manager:
  • Demonstrable experience in securing national contracts within facilities management or related sectors
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills, particularly at board or executive level
  • A strategic and results-focused approach to national business development
  • Strong working knowledge of CRM tools and Microsoft Office
  • Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel nationally
 
What the National Sales Manager Will Receive:
  • Competitive base salary of £50,000 (depending on experience)
