Job Title: Fire and Security Engineer

Salary: Up to £39,000 per annum DOE

Location: Working across the North West 

Main Responsibilities:

• Servicing Fire and Security Systems – Intruder Alarms, Access Control, CCTV, and Fire Alarm Systems (both addressable and conventional panels)

• Commissioning the above systems, subject to training

• Fault finding on CCTV, Intruder Alarms, Access Control, and Fire Alarm Systems

• Communicate effectively with customers and colleagues

• On-call (average 1 in 7 weeks)

• Working hours: Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week

• Provision of an engineer’s laptop and mobile phone

• Ensuring a healthy work-life balance

Knowledge and Experience:

• Experience in servicing, maintaining, and fault finding on Fire Alarm Systems, CCTV, Intruder Alarms, Access Control, and refuge intercoms

• Product knowledge being desired (but not essential):

• Fire: Notifier, Gent, Advanced, Morley, C-Tec, and Kentec

• Intruder: Galaxy and Texecom

• Access Control: Paxton, Inner Range, and PAC

• CCTV: Hikvision, Bosch, Dahua, and Pelco
