Subcontractor Intruder Alarm Engineer – (Texecom 2nd Fix)

We are seeking an experienced Intruder Alarm Engineer for a subcontractor role on a prestigious residential project in Warwick Avenue. The engineer must be well-versed in Texecom systems and able to complete all remaining 2nd fix works.

Requirements:

• Proven experience with Texecom intruder alarms
• Competent in 2nd fix and connection of:
• PIR sensors
• Door contacts
• Panic buttons
• Vibration sensors
• Ability to complete wiring of Texecom control panels and expanders
• Capable of programming a basic Texecom system
• Strong attention to detail and respect for luxury property environments
