Sentrex Services UK Ltd is a growing facilities management and contract cleaning business delivering services to customers throughout the UK. We are looking for an experienced, proactive and commercially minded Business Systems & Improvement Manager to lead our business systems, support digital transformation initiatives and drive continuous improvement across the organisation.
This is a broad, hands-on and influential role for someone who enjoys solving business challenges, improving processes, implementing technology solutions and working closely with teams across Operations, Sales, Customer Service, Finance, HR and Compliance.

You will be highly organised, capable of managing multiple priorities and comfortable working with people at all levels of the business. You will be able to translate operational problems into practical system, process and reporting improvements, while keeping colleagues engaged and supported through change.
We are looking for someone analytical, proactive and confident enough to challenge inefficient ways of working constructively. You should enjoy documenting processes, improving visibility, supporting users and helping a growing business make better use of technology.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
| Systems, reporting and administration • Manage and optimise business-critical systems, applications, permissions and user access. • Develop and maintain operational and management reporting that supports better decision-making. • Analyse business data to identify trends, efficiencies, risks and improvement opportunities. |
| Digital transformation and automation • Support Microsoft 365, Teams, SharePoint and wider business platform development. • Identify and implement workflow automation opportunities that improve productivity and reduce manual work. • Support the development and deployment of AI-enabled business processes and intelligent agents. |
| Process improvement and project delivery • Lead continuous improvement and process optimisation initiatives across departments. • Coordinate cross-functional projects, system implementations and improvement plans. • Create and maintain process documentation, user guides and practical training materials. |
| Stakeholders, suppliers and user support • Act as a key liaison between Sentrex and external technology partners. • Work closely with teams across Operations, Sales, Customer Service, Finance, HR and Compliance. • Deliver training and practical support so colleagues use systems confidently and consistently. |
